As a native San Diegan, Marc D. Mabile is the second  generation in his family to live in San Diego following his grandparents immigration from Italy.  After graduating from Mission Bay High School in 1981, Marc obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California as an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. In 1989, Marc  obtained his Juris Doctor degree Thomas Jefferson School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar.

From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Mabile was an associate at the law firm of Neil, Dymott, Perkins Brown & Frank focusing his expettise in the areas of General Liability and Professional Malpractice Insurance. In 1995, Mr.Mabile redirected his resources to become a sole legal practitioner where he has obtained millions in verdicts and settlements to protect the legal rights of his clients.

Marc has obtained several law licenses and has maintained membership, including: the California State Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit,  American Trial Lawyers Association,   Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and  the San Diego County Bar Association. Marc is married to Kelley and has three lovely children. Marc enjoys his dowmtime as an avid surfer, tennis player and snow skier. Yet, Marc never loses the focus on his work to protect the legal rights of  people who experince personal injury.
